Editorial methodology

The site applies a two-tier sort. Methodology-primary: regulator tier, ICF or FSCS protection, segregation policy, withdrawal latency, RTS 28 venue disclosures, fee transparency. Commercial-secondary: CPA economics influence only the tiebreak band of ±0.3 on methodology score. The full weights are public at /methodology. Commercial considerations are disclosed inline on every broker card via a partner-link badge. The position is that affiliate revenue is honest only when readers are told upfront which links are commercial and the editorial sort does not invert for any partner.

What we don't do

  • No paid reviews — every broker entry is editorially produced regardless of CPA size.
  • "Exclusive bonus" theatre — most EU regulators ban it.
  • Fabricated testimonials.
  • US clients — CFDs are illegal there.
  • Routing EU traders to offshore-only high-leverage entities to evade the regulator cap.
  • Clickbait, emojis in editorial, fabricated rankings.

Email info@fx-brokers.eu with the outlet name and deadline. EU mornings (08:00–12:00 CET) preferred.

On the record: regulator economics, retail CFD compliance, affiliate-industry conflicts, MiFID II practice in the comparison-site vertical, Cyprus incorporation realities for EU operators.

Not on the record: specific operator identity (anonymity hold) and individual broker partner financial terms.
